About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Essential Services team as an Administration Officer on a full-time basis. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our team by providing timely and accurate administrative support. You will contribute to the provision of services within the team by providing high-quality support with administration and data maintenance.
 
Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Collation and document upload into business operating system
  • Aid with job completion and invoicing documentation
  • Assist with planned maintenance reports
  • Data entry and data management within business operating system
  • Update project and workorder information in applicable systems
  • iPad management including software updates and support for service crews
  • Creation of purchase orders
  • General administrative support to the team

Location
This is a permanent, residential role based at our Broome office. Local residents are encouraged to apply.

What you will need
An ability to demonstrate a high work ethic and integrity together with a positive mindset.

Essential criteria: 

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High computer literacy and experience with MS suite of programs
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Desirable criteria: 

  • Current C class driver’s licence and a good driving history
  • Previous experience using business management systems
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, or similar
