About the Position:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and energetic individual to join the Shire of Broome in the role of Community Clean Up Crew. If you thrive on hard work and take pride in  making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Community Clean Up Crew will be responsible for ensuring the Town and surrounding environment is clean, today and welcoming to both the residents and visitors of Broome. This vast role is also responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs and cleaning duties on the Shire assets.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Current MR class licence
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures, painting, fixing, cleaning etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read & follow basic instructions, and document simple diary entries effectively.
  • Good work ethic and be able to work a seven-day alternating roster
  • Hold a current White card
