Job Description:
As a Crowd Controller at the Roebuck Bay Hotel, you will report to the Approved Manager on the shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and staff, whilst providing exceptional customer service and memorable experiences for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet, and provide exceptional customer service to our patrons.
•  Inform patrons about our venue facilities, events, and specials.
• Relationship development with our local patrons.
• Perform ID checks and refusals if required.
• Complete Incident reports accurately and timely.
• Defuse potentially volatile situations calmly and professionally.
• Report to the Approved Manager on shift.
• Follow Roebuck Bay Hotel procedure for static and roving venue perimeter security.

Requirements:

• Valid Crowd Controller license under the Securities and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996
• Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor.
• Experience in completing Incident reports
• Current First Aid certification
• Excellent physical fitness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts diplomatically
• Ability to utilise De-escalation techniques
