The Company

Our client is a prominent real estate agency and has been servicing residential, commercial & holiday properties across Broome, Derby and the Kimberley Region for over 3 decades. They have a beautiful office in the town centre with all the latest infrastructure & property software.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you’ll manage a well-organized, medium-sized portfolio based in Broome, Derby, and the Kimberley Region. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner-tenant relationships, leading with expertise, and offering top-tier service. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who wants to work fewer hours, but it can also turn into a full-time role with the growth of the portfolio.

The Duties

• Listing & advertisement of properties
• Open inspections & private viewings
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
• Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings
• Repairs and maintenance
• Attending court hearings when required
• Rental arrears management

Skills & Experience

• Property Management Registration
• Experience in Property Tree
• Initiative and a passion for the industry
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service
• Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
