About the role

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Broome Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation team on a permanent part time basis working 40 hours per fortnight. Support in coordination of day to day operations, administrative tasks, oversee accounting functions, data entry and ensure a high level of customer service is provided to guests across the following hours:

Thursday

Friday

Saturday

Sunday

About you

You’ll have a high attention to detail, be eager to learn, have customer service experience and most importantly share MercyCares values. You’re key experience will include:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Able to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Drivers Licence
  • Provide First Aid certificate is desired but not essential
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
