Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic to support our operations in Broome, as a leading hand/supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring a high standard of service, whilst supporting the director of the company in operations and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with attention to detail.
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and building relationships within our community.
Collaborate with team members, demonstrating respect for everyone’s contributions.
Maintain punctuality and productivity to ensure efficient operations.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning w/ ARC licence
Relevant work experience in the field.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently while upholding team values.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Current Restricted Electrical License
Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience
